Cameroon’s Biya Re-Elected as President With 77.8% of Votes

Oct. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Cameroon’s president, Paul Biya, was re-elected with 77.8 percent of votes cast in an Oct. 9 poll, Supreme Court Chief Justice Alexis Dipanda Mouelle said in Yaounde, the capital, today.
