Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Venezuela had a deficit of 3.4 percent of its gross domestic product during 2010, Finance Minister Jorge Giordani said.

Giordani spoke today in Caracas during the presentation of the South American country’s budget before the National Assembly.
