Oil Declines in New York, Reversing Earlier Gains

Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Crude oil fell 0.7 percent in New York, reversing earlier gains.

Crude oil for November delivery fell 60 cents to $85.51 at 9:18 a.m. on the New York Mercantile Exchange. The contract touched $86.94 earlier today.
