Neustar Said to Host Lender Meeting for $700 Million Buyout Loan

Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Neustar Inc., a provider of telephone directory services, will host a lender meeting on Oct. 25 at 10:30 a.m. in New York to discuss the $700 million in loans it’s seeking to finance its acquisition of Targus Information Corp., according to a person with knowledge of the transaction.

Morgan Stanley is arranging the financing that will include a $600 million term loan B maturing in seven years and a $100 million revolving line of credit due in five years, said the person, who declined to be identified because the terms are private.
