Fox Game One World Series Audience Shrinks From Year Ago

Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Game one of baseball’s World Series on News Corp.’s Fox network attracted 14.2 million viewers, a 5.3 percent drop from 15 million a year ago.

The game, in which the St. Louis Cardinals defeated the Texas Rangers 3-2, was seen in 8.7 percent of U.S. TV households, Fox Sports said today in an e-mailed statement.
