Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- The European Central Bank’s Klaus Masuch said today that the deleveraging of Ireland’s banking system is showing “positive signs.”
Masuch, speaking in Dublin to reporters, said the Frankfurt-based bank can continue to provide Irish lenders with liquidity.
