Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- The Brazilian government sold 201,500 out of 450,000 NTN-F notes offered at auction today and 5.12 million LTN bills out of 5.3 million offered, according to a preliminary statement posted on the Central Bank’s website.
The Brazilian government sold 150,000 NTN-F notes due 2021 to yield 11.5795 percent on average and 51,500 NTN-F due 2017 to yield 11.4822 percent on average, according to the statement.
The Treasury also sold 1 million LTN bills due January 2015 to yield 11.2252 percent on average, 4 million LTN bills due January 2014 to yield 10.9117 percent on average and 120,000 LTN due April 2012 to yield 10.7974 percent on average, the Treasury said.
