Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Turkish troops pushed four kilometers into Iraq in pursuit of members of the Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK, after the group killed 24 soldiers today, CNBC-e television reported.
The troops were backed by warplanes, which were bombing PKK positions in Iraq’s north, CNBC-e said without providing further details about the size of the incursion.
