Tresauries Remain Lower After Consumer Price, Housing Reports

Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Treasuries remained lower after U.S. consumer prices increased in September and housing starts climbed. The benchmark 10-year note yielded 2.20 percent in New York.
