Taiwan Central Bank Sells NT$165.35 Billion in Certificates

Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Taiwan’s Central Bank of the Republic of China issued NT$165.35 billion in certificates of deposit today, more than the NT$149.55 billion that matured, the monetary authority said in a statement on its website today.

The central bank sold 30-day certificates of deposit at an interest rate of 0.87 percent, 91-day at 0.93 percent, and 182- day at 1.05 percent, according to its website.
