Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Piramal Glass Ceylon Plc, the Sri Lankan unit of India’s Piramal Glass Ltd., advanced as much as 3.8 percent in Colombo trading after saying second-quarter profit rose to 242 million rupees ($2.2 million) from 157 million rupees a year earlier.
The shares gained 10 Sri Lankan cents, or 1.3 percent, to 8.00 rupees at 2:10 p.m. local time.
