Cerberus and Innkeepers Settle Dispute Over Hotel Deal

Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Cerberus Capital Management LP and Innkeepers USA Trust settled a dispute over whether a U.S. economic decline justified the buyout firm’s end of a deal to buy 64 of Innkeepers’ hotels. The settlement values the hotels at over $1 billion.
