Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Yahoo! Inc., the Internet company that’s exploring strategic options after ousting Chief Executive Officer Carol Bartz, appointed Ash Munshi chief technology officer, replacing Raymie Stata.
Munshi “has a well-established career managing successful global technology organizations at the most senior levels with a laser focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs,” Sunnyvale, California-based Yahoo said in a statement. Stata is taking on a newly created role of entrepreneur in residence.
