Wife of Ex-Deloitte Partner Agrees to Pay $1 Million in SEC Case

Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Annabel McClellan, the wife of an ex-Deloitte Tax LP partner accused of insider trading by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, agreed to pay $1 million to settle a lawsuit alleging she and her husband tipped family members to merger deals.
