Oct. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Taiwan aims to sign a peace agreement with China within 10 years, provided there is domestic consensus, mutual trust and parliamentary supervision, President Ma Ying-jeou said in a briefing in Taipei yesterday.
Ma reiterated his mainland policy of “no unification, no independence and no use of force under the framework of the Republic of China constitution.”
