Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Shanghai’s average new home price fell 2.79 percent to 22,142 yuan per square meter in the week ended Oct. 16 from the previous week, property consultant Shanghai UWin Real Estate Information Services said today.

New home sales increased 39.03 to 118,700 square meters, the real estate data company said in an e-mailed statement.
