Samsung Says COO Lee Jae Yong to Attend Steve Jobs Memorial

Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Lee Jae Yong, the chief operating officer of South Korea’s Samsung Electronics Co., will attend the memorial service being held in the U.S. for Steve Jobs, said Rhee So Eui, a spokeswoman for Samsung Group. Lee will also meet Apple Inc.’s chief executive officer, Tim Cook, Rhee said. She declined to provide further details.
