Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- MRV Engenharia e Participacoes SA posted 1.08 billion reais in contracted sales in the third quarter, up 22 percent from 889.7 million reais a year earlier.

New projects rose 40 percent to 1.45 billion reais, according to a regulatory filing.
