Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Canadian Finance Minister Jim Flaherty said he would be disappointed if European leaders failed to deliver a plan to solve the continent’s debt crisis by a meeting on Oct. 23.

Speaking to reporters following a speech in Dublin, Flaherty said Europe risks triggering a banking crisis if it fails to adequately deal with Greece.
