ECB’s Stark Says Expected He’ll Stay in Office Until Year End

Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- European Central Bank Executive Board member Juergen Stark, who resigned last month, said he’ll expect to stay in office “until the end of this year.”

He told lawmakers in Brussels today that his reasons for leaving are “private” and that “it is very likely that I will make a statement at the end of the year.”
