Shining Unit Gets Right to Use Nanjing Land for 678 Million Yuan

Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Shining Building Business Co.’s unit bought the rights to use 50,855 square meters of land in China’s Nanjing city for 678 million yuan, the Taiwan-based parent said in a statement to the local stock exchange today.

The land will be developed into hotel, offices, stores and apartments, it said.
