Triton Preparing Sale of Installation Company Bravida, DI Says

Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Bravida AB, the heating and plumbing installation company, may be put up for sale by its owner, private equity group Triton, Dagens Industri said, without saying how it got the information.

Triton bought Bravida in 2006 from Telenor ASA and other shareholders. The company is valued at between 6 and 8 billion kronor ($900 million - $1.2 billion), DI said.
