Romania’s SIF4 Signed Accord With Erste to Sell Shares in BCR

Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Romania’s SIF Muntenia SA, an investment fund, signed an agreement with Erste Group Bank AG to sell its minority stake in Banca Comerciala Romana SA to the Austrian lender, it said in a statement to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The fund will sell about 84.8 million BCR shares to Erste and will swap 324 million BCR shares with Erste shares, according to the statement.
