Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd., a unit of India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corp., offered to sell a cargo of naphtha for October and jet fuel, naphtha and fuel oil for December, according to an e-mail sent to potential buyers today.
