Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Ireland’s central bank has told banks to stop increasing variable interest rates on home loans, broadcaster RTE said, without citing anyone. The central bank told banks it’ll seek a public policy response if the lenders raise rates, the Dublin-based broadcaster said.
