Daiwa Sees ECB Rate Cuts In December, March, Revising Its Call

Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- The European Central Bank will cut its benchmark lending rate by 25 basis points in December and again in March, Daiwa Capital Markets economist Tobias Blattner said, revising a previous call that the ECB would keep its key rate at 1.5 percent until the end of 2012. Blattner commented in a note to investors today.
