Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Abengoa SA, the Spanish engineering and environmental services company, will build a $120 million plant to produce bioethanol in Uruguay, it said in an e-mailed statement today. The annual capacity will be 70 million liters of ethanol and 50,000 tons of a byproduct used to make animal feed known as dried distillers grains with solubles, Abengoa said.
