Cell C to Compensate Blackberry Users for Service Disruption

Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Cell C Pty Ltd said today it’s deducting 10 rand from the bill of users of the Blackberry Internet/Enterprise Service for the month of October after the disruption in Research in Motion Ltd’s service this week.

Users will also get 10 free mobile-phone text messages for the time they could not use Blackberry Messenger, the mobile phone company said in an e-mailed statement.
