U.S. Senate Passes Legislation for Panama Free-Trade Agreement

Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Senate voted final passage for a free-trade agreement with Panama that was signed more than four years ago, after it had been approved earlier today by the House of Representatives.

The Senate voted 77-22 today in Washington, and will send the measure to President Barack Obama for his signature.
