Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- NTT Urban Development Corp. plans to sell 15 billion yen in bonds, Nomura Holdings Inc. said in an e- mailed statement today. The company aims to issue 10 billion yen of 10-year notes managed by Nomura and 5 billion yen of 20-year debt with help from Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., the statement said.
