Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Luxembourg’s Jean-Claude Juncker, who leads the group of euro-area finance ministers, said the so- called troika’s report on Greece is “positive” and a sixth aid payment will be available as of early November. He spoke on Luxembourg’s RTL radio today.
