Chile Traders See Oct. Interest Rate at 5.25%, Survey Says

Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Chilean traders and investors forecast a benchmark interest rate of 5.25 percent in October, according to a monthly survey posted on the central bank website today.

Policy makers will keep borrowing costs unchanged at 5.25 percent this week for the fourth straight month, according to the median estimate of 17 economists surveyed by Bloomberg.
