Tsang Says Intervention Needed When Home Prices Unaffordable

Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang said the government will need to intervene in the home market when prices are unaffordable.

The lack of supply of smaller apartments and properties with lower prices have hurt residents, he said in his annual policy address.
