Shimao Property Jan.- Sept. Sales Rise 25% to 24.5 Billion Yuan

Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Shimao Property Holdings Ltd.’s contracted sales for the nine months ended September rose 25 percent to 24.5 billion yuan from a year earlier, according to an e-mailed statement today.
