Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- VTB Group plans to sell the Belarusian unit of Bank of Moscow, over which Russia’s second- biggest lender consolidated control earlier this year, Interfax reported.
Four potential buyers are interested in Bank Moscow-Minsk, the news service said, citing Vladimir Ivanov, a deputy chairman of VTB’s Belarus subsidiary, declining to provide their names.
VTB will integrate Bank Moscow-Minsk with its Belarusian unit if the sale fails, Ivanov was cited as saying by Interfax.
