Japan Property Management Sets IPO Price at 1,600 Yen per Share

Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Japan Property Management Center Co. will sell shares for 1,600 yen each in an initial public offering, according to a faxed statement today from the company. The Tokyo-based real estate company plans to list its shares on the Osaka Securities Exchange’s Jasdaq Standard market on Oct. 21.
