CEZ Aims to Have 3,000 Megawatts in Renewables Abroad by 2016

Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- CEZ AS, the Czech Republic’s largest power producer, aims to have 3,000 megawatts in renewable energy projects outside its domestic market by 2016, foreign division director Tomas Pleskac said today at a press conference in Prague.

CEZ will focus mainly on building wind farms in Poland, Romania and Germany, Pleskac said. The company doesn’t plan any offshore projects, he said.
