Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- A hearing in the dispute between Cerberus Capital Management LP and Innkeepers USA Trust over whether the U.S. economic decline justified the buyout firm’s termination of a deal to buy 64 Innkeepers hotels was delayed until later today in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan.
