Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- A. Soriano Corp. climbed the most in seven weeks in Manila after the company said it will pay a dividend of 12 centavos a share.
The stock advanced 4.4 percent to 3.30 pesos at 10:39 a.m. local time, heading for the sharpest gain since Aug. 23. The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange Index decreased 0.3 percent.
