Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Flooding in Thailand will have only a temporary effect on inflation, so policy makers won’t take the disaster into account when they next assess monetary policy, Bank of Thailand Governor Prasarn Trairatvorakul said today in Bangkok.
