Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- The Hungarian forint strengthened for a fourth day against the euro while stocks rose.
The forint gained 0.5 percent to 295.4 per euro at 9:04 a.m. in Budapest. OTP Bank Nyrt., Hungary’s largest lender, rose 0.8 percent to 3,180 forint. Mol Nyrt., the country’s largest refiner, rose 1.3 percent to 16,000 forint. The benchmark BUX index rose 0.8 percent to 16,415.79.
