Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Ecuador’s oil production in August rose 0.8 percent from the previous month, the South American nation’s central bank said today.
Output climbed to 15.4 million barrels in August, or an average of 496,000 barrels a day, the bank said in a report on its website. Crude exports decreased 15 percent to 8.62 million barrels from 10.2 million barrels in July, the bank said.
