Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- European Central Bank Governing Council member Ewald Nowotny said rescue mechanisms must be fully intact before decisions on Greece are made.
“It is very importat that before anything is decided the rescue umbrellas are completely intact,” Nowotny told reporters in Vienna today. “Without a functioning rescue mechanism all other measures are extremely risky.”
