Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- The size of social spending in Poland has been overrated and it is “not the sort of country” where such expenditures can be cut by more than 1 percentage point of gross domestic product, Michal Boni, the senior adviser to Prime Minister Donald Tusk, said today on TVN CNBC.
