Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Shanghai’s new home average price rose 3.6 percent in September from the previous month, property consultant Shanghai UWin Real Estate Information Services Co. said today.

The average price increased to 22,605 yuan per square meter and new home sales fell 0.43 percent to 570,600 square meters, the real estate data company said in an e-mailed statement.
