Gecina Plans to Sell a Further 500 Million Euros of Assets

Oct. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Gecina SA plans to sell off a further 500 million euros of residential assets to reduce debt, the company said in an e-mailed statement.

With these additional sales, the company “will rapidly achieve a target of 1.5 billion euros of divestments,” according to the statement.
