Oct. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Alain Grisay, chief executive officer of F&C Asset Management Plc, will step down as CEO in May and retire at the end of the third quarter, the company said in a statement today. Edward Bramson has been appointed executive chairman with immediate effect.
