Oct. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Spain’s People’s Party has no plans to adjust unemployment benefits and aims to encourage hiring if it wins elections on Nov. 20, Soraya Saenz de Santamaria, the party’s parliamentary spokeswoman, said today in Madrid.
