Job’s Death is Great Loss to Apple and the Industry, Acer Says

Oct. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Acer Inc., the world’s fourth-largest computer maker, comments on the passing of Steve Jobs in a written statement from spokesman Henry Wang.

“Steve Jobs was a person of great vision, innovation and leadership, and had huge influence on the ICT industry in the past 10 years.”

“His passing away is a great loss to Apple as well as the industry, although the impact of his departure remains to be seen.”
