CER Board Recommends That Securityholders Vote for Resolutions

Oct. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Centro Retail Trust and Centro Retail Ltd., together CER, released the CER Explanatory Memorandum on the proposed aggregation and the disclosure document in relation to the proposed new A-REIT.

“CER board concluded aggregation is in best interests of CER securityholders. Accordingly, CER board (other than those directors who are also directors of CNP, who make no recommendation) unanimously recommend CER securityholders vote in favour of resolutions to effect aggregation in absence of superior proposal,” according to a statement today.
